COMPLETE IN CHRIST

We're complete in Christ;

we do not need
Ouija boards or astrology.
Who needs worldly philosophy?
Your trust in Christ should lie.

Put the Lord first in your heart,

Then from man's gods you will depart.
Mystics throw a poison dart!
And we're not safe amid them.

Studying angels with our time;

Weak devotions fill our minds.
We don't seek and we don't find!
Can we grow this way?

To study and to contemplate

God's Word, we need to concentrate
Upon its truths and separate
God's truth from mankind's wisdom. 

Complete in Christ, He'll make us free,

Open our eyes to help us see
How He's our life’s one true deep need.
